I had to think about it for a while because I could not decide between scenes from Burn after reading, Inglourious Basterds and Naked Gun. In the end i find "The Italian scene" from Inglourious Basterds the funniest. When I saw the scene for the first time, I did not find it funny at all, just very exciting. No one expected Landa to speak Italian, and suddenly it felt like a survival struggle for the Americans. Nobody in the cinema was laughing while this scene. Since rewatch I find it extremely funny.
